The child, whose identity has not yet been released, was found in an alley off Division Street around 2:40 a.m. by the local fire department, who called police. Firefighters found the boy at a residence in the area with the aid of a neighbor, who found the child crying and called 911. Firefighters then transported the child to the hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and is currently in stable condition. The child was reportedly not wearing any clothing, and was partially covered with a blanket. Police said that the child's mother, who had left the residence with her boyfriend, reportedly returned and consented to the child's release to firefighters.
